We want every client’s custom home-building experience with Brayton Homes and Renovations to be the best it can be, from the first meeting to the move-in date and beyond.
Every new home we build is registered with and covered by Tarion, a not-for-profit consumer protection organization established by the Ontario government to administer the province’s new home warranty program. All new homes registered with Tarion have a 7-year extended warranty.
Tarion ensures new home buyers in Ontario receive the statutory coverage they are entitled to under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan act. Builders resolve most issues without involvement by Tarion; however, Tarion will intervene if a builder fails to honour their warranty obligations.
To offer the Tarion Warranty, Brayton Homes and Renovations has undergone an application, vetting and approval process and is registered with Ontario's Home Construction Regulatory Authority.
